By registering for an account on AV Care, the Clinic/Healthcare Provider ("User", "You") agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
AV Care provides a cloud-based platform for clinic registration, patient management, electronic prescriptions, and billing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the service.
Medical Accuracy: The Doctor/Clinic is solely responsible for the accuracy of prescriptions, diagnoses, and medical advice provided through the platform.
Licensing: You must hold a valid medical registration (MCI/State Council) and a Clinical Establishment License to use this software for professional practice.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (OTP/Password).
Billing: Access is provided on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable once the service period begins.
Auto-Approval: If using UPI-based auto-approval, the account will be activated only upon successful verification of the transaction by our payment partner.
Taxes: All fees are subject to 18% GST as per Government of India regulations.
All software code, design (UI/UX), and branding of AV Care are the exclusive property of AVTechnosol. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software; you do not own the source code.
AVTechnosol is a technology provider. We are not liable for any medical malpractice, clinical errors, or data loss resulting from user negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription month.
